PAGADIAN
CITY, ZamboSur (Aug. 2, 2018) – The
Combined operatives of Pagadian City Police Station and Tambulig Municipal
Police Station successfully arrested the
rape suspect during the conduct of a joint Manhunt Operation “Charlie”
at Integrated Bus Terminal, Barangay Bulatoc, Pagadian City at about 10:15am of
July 29, PSup. Alvin P, Saguban, OIC, Pagadian City Chief of Police identified the arrested wanted person as Julito Alinanera Canduleaka “Julito” Aleniar Candole, 40 years old, male, married, Filipino and resident of Purok Sweetlove, Barangay Dumagoc, Pagadian City.
Supt Saguban disclosed that the accused
was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the crime of “Rape” with
Criminal Case # 2018-10-3552 issued on June 29, 2018 by Hon Judge Jaime B
Caberte, Acting Presiding Judge, RTC 9th Judicial Region, Branch 23, Pagadian
City.
Further, the above-arrested person now
temporarily detained at Pagadian CPS custodial facility for booking procedures.
