Limbo, PO2 Mylin M Mancia, PO2 Joel M Limbo, PO2 Jonathan Abuyog, PO2 Danny Banlaygas and PO2 Arlyn Camallery under the direct supervision of PSupt Glenn Macario Dulawan,Officer-in-Charge successfully arrested one SSGT RODERICK TALLAFER Y LACASTE by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest for Violation of Sec 5(i) in rel to Sec.6(f) of Republic Act 9262 Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act of 2004 under Criminal Case number 11798-2k14 issued by Hon. Benjamin R. Lanzaderas, Presiding Judge, RTC 9th Judicial Region, Branch 22 at Pagadian City on the 5^th day of November 2014.

Said suspect was arrested at about 10:10 in the morning of November 18, 2014 at Purok Gabi II, Danlugan, Pagadian City and was temporarily detained at the lock-up cell of this station while waiting for court disposition. (DMRL)

Wanted Person for Violation of BP 22 (Bouncing Checks Law) Arrested

Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur – PNP Personnel of Pagadian City Police Station led by SPO2 Carlos D. Omentic, PO3 Marieson S. Ganta, PO1 Noel L Bande, PO1 Prometeus Remolador and PO1 Mylin M Mancia under the direct supervision of PSupt Glenn Macario Dulawan conducted to this office one DELL BERSALES y PAREDES by virtue of a Bench Warrant of Arrest  for violation of “BATAS PAMBANSA BILANG 22” under Criminal Case no. 10-04-18210, 10-04-18211 and 10-04-18212 (3 Counts) issued by Francisco S. Pando, Judge, MTCC, Branch 4, Bacolod City on the 23^RD day of September 2014.

The said suspect was arrested at about 8:30 in the morning of November 19, 2014 at 3094 Sagun St., Lumbia Dist., Pagadian City. The bail for the temporary liberty of the said accused is hereby fixed at P1,000 where he was released by virtue of a Released Order issued by Hon. Romeo T. Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur – Joint Elements of Margosatubig Municipal Police Station and Pagadian City Police Station led by SPO2 Carlos Omentic, SPO1 Marlon Duran, PO3 Nelson Macatipon, PO3 Marrieson Ganta, PO2 Rodolfo Baco, PO2 Joemar Tecson, PO2 Elferex Fuertes, PO1 Omar Chica and PO1 Tony Gainsan  under the direct supervision PSupt Glenn Macario Dulawan,Officer-in-Charge successfully arrested one MICHAEL JOY TAN Y LONGINOS, ALIAS “OKO” by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest for ”ROBBERY” under Criminal Case number 9636-2k9 issued by Hon. Edilberto G. Absin, Presiding Judge, RTC 9th Judicial Region, Branch 18 at Pagadian City.

The said suspect was under surveillance for almost one year. Furthermore, the Arresting Officers paid a confidential informant to locate the whereabouts of the said suspect. SPO2 Carlos Omentic, Warrant Server of this office received a call from the confidential informant informing that the suspect was positively cited at Poblacion Margosatubig, Zamboanga del Sur. Upon receipt of the information, they immediately proceeded to the said area and coordinated with the personnel of Margosatubig Municipal Police Station and successfully arrested the wanted person.

As of this report, the suspect was already committed to Pagadian City Jail pursuant to the Commitment Order issued by the Court. (DMRL)

Wanted Person for Qualified Theft Arrested

Pagadian, Zamboanga del Sur – PNP Elements of Pagadian City Police Station led by PInsp Avelmar Renan U Garambas,SPO4 Gaspar Apales, SPO2 Carlos D Omentic, PO3 Marieson S Ganta, PO3 Frederick D Sabate, PO3 Jamelyn T Cababaro, PO2 Danilyn R Limbo, PO2  Elferex B Fuertes, PO2 Joel M Limbo, PO2 Jonathan Abuyog and PO1 Renji Narciso under the direct supervission PSupt Glenn Macario Dulawan, Officer-in-Charge, successfully arrested one ALVIN MARTINEZ Y BERNADEZ, ALIAS “BALONG  at about 7:30 in the evening of November 21, 2014 by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon Dennis P. Vicoy, Presiding Judge, RTC 9^TH Judicial Region, Branch 20, Pagadian City under Criminal Case no. 11804-2k14 for “QUALIFIED THEFT”.

Prior to his arrest, SPO2 Carlos Omentic, Warrant Server of this office received a phone call informing that the suspect was positively cited at Upper Bayao, Tukuran, Zamboanga del Sur. Upon receipt of the information, the Arresting Officers of this office immediately proceeded to the said area. While thereat, the suspect was then confronted by PI Avelmar Renan U Garambas, SPO4 Gaspar Apales, SPO2 Carlos D Omentic, PO3 Marieson S Ganta, PO3 Frederick D Sabate and PO3 Jamelyn T Cababaro while PO2 Danilyn R Limbo, PO2 Elferex B Fuertes, PO2 Joel M Limbo, PO2 Jonathan Abuyog and PO1 Renji Narciso positioned ten meters away.SPO2 Omentic placed the suspect under arrest, informed of his basic rights and was immediately brought to Pagadian City Police Station.

At about 3:40 in the afternoon of November 24, 2014, a released order was then issued by Judge Rolando L. Goan for the temporary liberty of the said suspect who posted bail amounting to P40,000 at the Office of the Clerk of Court, RTC, Pagadian City. (DMRL)

Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur – Joint Elements of Pagadian City Police Station led by PInsp Avelmar Renan U Garambas, PO1 Ian Jay Florendo Geliangao, PO1 Norman Wouds Ferraren, PO1 Gringo Caliora Camache, PO1 Kristel Geonzon Gumba, PO2 Erwin Balbuena Andale, PO1 Noel Limatos Bunder the direct supervision of PSupt Glenn Macario Dulawan and Provincial Anti-illegal Drugs Special Task Force (PAIDSOTF) led by PSI Rommel Gabriel Etbew arrested one PO1 JASON LAMBAN Y EGUANA who's presently AWOL, by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon. Romeo T. Descallar, Presiding Judge, RTC, Branch 19, Pagadian City for violations of Sec. 15, Art. ii of Republic Act 9165 under Criminal Case no. 11555-2k14.

The said suspect was arrested at about 6:00 O’clock in the evening of November 23, 2014 at City Oval Complex, San Francisco Dist., Pagadian City. As of this report, the suspect was already committed to Pagadian City Jail pursuant to the Commitment Order issued by the Court. (DMRL)

Suspect of Illegal Drug Trade Nabbed in a Buy Bust Operation

Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur – Another suspect of illegal drug trade in the City was arrested by the Joint Elements of PAIDSOTF and City Police Intelligence Operatives led by PSI Rommel Gabriel Etbew, Intelligence Officer under the direct supervision of PSupt Glenn Macario Dulawan,Officer-in-Charge during the illegal drug buy-bust operation on Friday, November 14, 2014 at around 12:30 in the afternoon at Leon Kilat St., Purok Adelfa, San Pedro Dist., Pagadian City.

The suspect identified as one JAY BABASOL y MEDEL aka “Je-Je”, 19 years old, male, single, laborer, temporarily residing at Maulana residence, San Pedro, Pagadian City with home address at Purok Pechay, Barangay Macasing, this City was arrested after he sold one (1) sachet of shabu to the PNP Operative who posted as Poseur-buyer of illegal drugs in exchange of Three Hundred Pesos (P300.00).

Following his arrest, the team were able to confiscate from the suspect’s possession the following items: Five (5) pieces light green plastic straw sachets  containing shabu; Two (2) pieces rolled aluminum foils and the marked money in the amount of Php 300.00 pesos composed of three (3) pieces of one hundred peso bill with corresponding serial numbers JV162767; UT423865; and P428804 which were used as buy-bust money.

Cases for violation of Section 5 and 11 of R.A. 9165 are already filed at the Prosecutor’s Office while the suspect was committed to the City Jail, Pagadian City pursuant to the Commitment Order issued by the Brach 18, RTC 9^TH Judicial Region, Pagadian City  pending the trial of the said charge. Omentic, PO3 Marieson S. Ganta, PO3 Romulo Trabasas, PO3 Jason Mark P. Abenes, Marjorie O. Abenes, PO1 Aicele M. Olaco and PO1 Jojo M. Canallija conducted to this office one EDGAR BLANSA Y SAPLOT by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for “RAPE” under Criminal Case no. 11788-2k14 issued byby Hon. Benjamin R. Lanzaderas, Presiding Judge,  RTC 9^th Judicial Region Branch 22, Pagadian City issued on November 3, 2014  at Pagadian City. 

The said suspect was arrested at about 11:00 O’clock on November 11, 2014 at Purok Upper Lumatao, Brgy. Gubang, Pagadian City. Prior to his arrest, the PNP Elements of this station traveled for about two kilometers on foot to the reported place at Brgy. Gubang where the respondent is residing. Upon arrival of the Police Officers at the above-cited place, the suspect then hurriedly rode his white Horse and tried to evade arrest, but the responding Police Officers immediately chased the fleeing respondent  successfully arrest him.

As of this report, the suspect was already committed to Pagadian City Jail pursuant to the Commitment Order issued by the Court . (DMRL)

Police Returns iPhone Found

Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur--- PO1 Noli Balulao y Ansing , a PNP member of Regional Public Safety Battalion situated at Balintawak, Pagadian City  and a resident of Alegria, Pagadian City personally turned-over to Pagadian City Police Station, City Hall Complex, Gatas Dist., Pagadian City at about 7:00 AM of October 25, 2014 One (1) Unit iPhone 5 Cellphone that he had found at the National Highway of Barangay Bogo, Pagadian City when he was driving his single motorcycle and on his way to work at RPSB, Balintawak . PO1 Balulao believed that the cellphone might have fallen unnoticed by the owner.

The owner who was later identified as Ilyn Andale, a resident of Kagawasan Village, Pagadian City, who came to this station and about to report the loss of her cellphone, was delighted upon hearing that her cellphone was turned-over by PO1 Balulao to PO2 Danny O. Banlaygas, Duty Investigator as witnessed by Mr. Jerson Galotera, Media Representative.The owner then claimed the unit happily after showing her proof of identifications and ownership.(dmrl)

Suspect of Illegal Drug Trade Nabbed in a Buy-bust Operation

Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur - Another suspect of illegal drug trade in the City was arrested by the Joint Elements of PDEA and Intelligence Operative of this station led by Police Inspector Avelmar Renan U. Garambas, Assistant Intelligence Officer and the Duty Officer of the Day under the direct supervision of PSupt Glenn Macario Dulawan, Officer-in-Charge during the illegal drug buy-bust operations on Thursday, October 23, 2014 at around 11:00 O'clock in the evening at Purok Silao, Barangay Dumagoc, Pagadian City. 

The suspect identified as one JUNE DAVID BURGOS y LADOR, aka “TATA”, 23 years old, male, single, jobless, a resident of Purok Silao, Barangay Dumagoc, Pagadian City was arrested  after he sold one (1) sachet of shabu to the PNP operative who posted as Poseur-Buyer of illegal drugs in exchange of  Three Hundred Pesos (P300.00). 

Following his arrest, the team were able to confiscate from the suspect's possession the following items: Four (4) pieces of small size heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu; Three (3) pieces aluminum foils; Three (3) pieces One Hundred Peso Bills (Php 100.00) with corresponding serial numbers ZZ293058; CE977119 & BX036272 marked money; and, One (1) piece disposable mint green lighter.

Cases for violation of RA 9165 Sections 5 and 11 are already filed at the prosecutors office while the suspect is temporary detained at the custodial cell of Pagadian City Police Station awaiting court disposition.

Wanted Person for Rape Arrested

           

Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur - PNP Personnel of Pagadian City Police Station led by PSupt Glenn M Dulawan together with PInsp Avelmar Renan U Garambas, PInsp Harry R Velez, SPO2 Carlos D Omentic, SPO1 Joselito B Flores, PO3 Marrieson S Ganta, PO1 Helsin B Abil, PO2 Bonifacio A Petalcorin Jr., PO1 Mark Andrew S Yamba and PO2 Danilyn R. Limbo, conducted to this office one BARTOLOME ALOZO Y LASTIMADO who was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest with Criminal Case number 11650-2k14 for the crime of “RAPE” under Art 266-A, Par 1 of the Revised Penal Code issued by the RTC 9^th Judicial Region Branch 22, Pagadian City issued on August 14, 2014 at Pagadian City signed by Hon. Benjamin R. Lanzaderas, Presiding Judge.

It was disclosed that the suspect was under surveillance for a week. Furthermore, the Arresting Officers paid Confidential Informant (CI) to locate the whereabouts of the said suspect. That at about 9:40 in the evening of October 15, 2014 PSupt Glenn M Dulawan received a phone call from the Confidential Informant informing that the suspect was seen at Bana St., Sta Maria Dist., Pagadian City. Upon receipt of the information they immediately to effect the arrest. While thereat the suspect was about to leave the place when he was confronted by PInsp Garambas, PInsp Velez, SPO2 Omentic and SPO1 Flores while the others positioned themselves more or less ten (10) meters from them. Thereafter, SPO2 Omentic and SPO1 Flores put the suspect into arrest but the suspect refused to go along with, instead, suspect tried to escape and run away but PO3 Ganta, PO1 Abil, PO2 Petalcorin, PO1 Yamba and PO2 Limbo immediately chased the suspect and was successfully arrested and thereafter informed of his basic rights afforded by the constitution and subsequently brought him to Pagadian City Police Station. The suspect is now temporarily detained at the lock-up cell of this Station while waiting for Court disposition. (DRL)

Wanted Person for Frustrated Murder Arrested

Glenn Macario Dulawan, Officer-in-Charge, arrested one ROLDAN MANLANAT y BUHITA, 33 years old, single and a resident of Purok Sweetlove, Dumagoc, Pagadian City at about 10:00 O'clock in the morning of September 4, 2014 at Purok Sweetlove, Dumagoc, Pagadian City. The arrest was executed  by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by the Regional Trial Court , Ninth Judicial Region, Branch 18, Pagadian City issued on August 20, 2014 for the crime of  "FRUSTRATED MURDER" with Criminal Case number 11609-2k14, signed by Hon.
