PAGADIAN
CITY, Zamboanga del Sur (May 10, 2018) – The operating personnel Pagadian City Police Station headed by the
Acting Chief of Police Superintendent Alvin P Saguban successfully arrested the
wanted person Wednesday at 6:30pm at Purok Fisherville, Barangay Lumbia in this
city,
PSupt.
Saguban identified the arrested suspect as Ernesto Atad Agapay, alias “Uncle
Nonoy,” 61 years old, male, married, and temporary residing at Purok
Fisherville, Barangay Lumbia, Pagadian City with postal address at New York
Mansion, 84 Montereal Street, Barangay E Rodriguez, Cubao, Quezon City.
The
Police Official said the suspect by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Hon.
Benjamin R. Lanzaderas, Presiding Judge of RTC 9th Judicial Region, Branch 22,
Pagadian City for the crime of Rape with criminal case number 11790-2k14.
The
accused is now temporary detained at Pagadian CPS while waiting for court order
for proper disposition. (
