Drug Dealer Arrested in Anti-Illegal Drugs Ops

Pagadian City (April 4, 2019)  - Drug Enforcement Unit (DET) of Pagadian City Police Station conducted anti- drug buy bust operation at Purok Fatima, Balangasan, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur at about 9:30 PM of April 3, 2019.

Police Brigadier General Emmanuel Luis D Licup, PRO9 Regional Director said that the operation resulted to the arrest of Earl Ronald Balbin Aranding, 31 years old, male, married, jobless, and a resident of Purok Fatima, Barangay Balangasan, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur.

Confiscated from his possession and control were the following:

One (1) piece rectangular shape heat-sealed white with red stripes plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected to be methamphetamine hydrochloride locally known as “shabu” as a buy-bust evidence;

Fifteen (15) pieces rectangular shape heat-sealed white with red stripes plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected to be methamphetamine hydrochloride locally known as “shabu”;

One (1) piece green doublement plastic container;

One (1) unit black Samsung keypad cellular phone;

Five Hundred Pesos (Php500.00) as marked money composed of Three (3) pieces One Hundred Peso Bill,

One (1) piece two hundred peso bill (200).

The estimated market value of all seized methamphetamine hydrochloride locally known as “shabu” is Eight Thousand Pesos (Php 8,000.00).
