PAGADIAN CITY (10, 2018) – The Detective personnel
of Pagadian City Police Station and Tangub City Police Station conducted joint
police operation on wanted person (Service of Arrest Warrant) at about 8:30 PM
of August 08, 2018 at Purok 1, Barangay Prenza, Tangub City.
The
operation was resulted to the arrest of the murdr suspect identified as MelchorCateanVellegas,
42 years old, male, married, farmer, Filipino and a resident of Purok 2,
Barangay Pedolunan, Pagadian City.
The accused
was arrested by the virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Murder with
criminal case number 12184-2k15 issued on July 24, 2015 by Honorable Judge Rolando
L Goan, Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, 10th Judicial Region, Branch 21,
Pagadian City.
The accused
is now in protective custody and booking procedure of Tangub City Police
Station with no bail bond recommended.
