PAGADIAN
CITY (Aug.18, 2018) – The PNP personnel of Tabina MPS and
Pagadian CPS arrested the wanted person during the conducted of joint police
operation on wanted person (Service of Arrest Warrant) at about 10:00am of
August 17, 2018 at Purok Fishersville, Barangay San Pedro, Pagadian City.
The operating troops identified the
arrested person as Dennis Abeso Bargio, 25 years old, male, fisherman, single,
Filipino and a resident of Purok Paran, Barangay Poblacion, Tabina, Zamboanga
Del Sur.
The accused was arrested by virtue of
Warrant of Arrest issued on May 3, 2018 by Honorable Johnabel H Tabunda,
Presiding Judge, 7th MCTC, Dimataling, Zamboanga Del Sur for the crime of Less
Serious Physical Injuries under Criminal Case Number 18-2280-T with recommended
bail of Ten Thousand Pesos (Php10, 000.00.) for his temporary liberty.
The accused is now temporarily detained
at Tabina MPS detention cell waiting for court disposition.
